Our appointment policies

We understand that life can be unpredictable, and sometimes missing an appointment is unavoidable. Our priority is to provide excellent service to all our clients and ensure appointment slots are available for everyone who needs them. To help us achieve this, we've implemented the following policy regarding missed appointments:

• First Missed Appointment: We'll waive the fee and send you a friendly reminder.

• Second Missed Appointment: A $20 fee will be added to your account.

• Third and Subsequent Missed Appointments: The full consultation fee will be charged.

Please note that changing an appointment within 4 hours of its scheduled time will be considered a missed appointment.
